It's sad seeing the direction this band has taken since "Because of the Times".
I can't help but feel pessimistic about the future of this band when they mentioned in interviews preceding the release of "Mechanical Bull" that they turned to Queens of the Stone Age for inspiration...............and yet much of that same banality that plagued "Come Around Sundown" plagues their new album, albeit with relatively more upbeat topics.
Still, "Molly's Chambers" reminds us of what this band could still potentially be if they put their hearts to the task again.
