  1. Nice list!

I commented on Chips' list over at Amber Waves of Twang only to realize you had preceded me!

I don't have enough time or resources to keep up with all the great new releases, but these are some of my new ones:

    1. Kathleen Edwards - Asking For Flowers, she is just so talented and cool, my favorite female artist.
    2. Alejandro Escovedo - Real Animal, a great, multi-dimensional album.
    3. Drive-by Truckers - Brighter Than Creation's Dark, another
    great collection of stories.

I've always loved Blue Mountain, that will be my next purchase.
Also on my "Need to buy" list are Tift Merrit, Old 97's and Lucinda Williams.

I highly recommend Alejandro Escovedo's "Real Animal".
Check Land O'Loon Tuesday for a live clip from SXSW.
