I love these, though not because i have any beef with LeVox. Rather, the publicists want to portray country singers in this fake way. But pics like these show that singers are real people and not necessarily the "personas" that their labels and publicity folks have created for them. And while this kind of critique is really easy to apply to current day mainstream singers, I bet it would apply to some of the singers and musicians that fans of this site are more likely to enjoy as well. But this is good. We need more outlets exposing country music for what it is -- it claims to be "authentic" or "truthful" but those claims are only believable not because they are true but because of all the highly skilled publicity work that goes into country music.
