The first rock concert I ever saw was Warrant opening for Motley Crue, so the passing of Jani Lane affects me quite a bit more than the recent passing of Amy Winehouse. Jani was a troubled soul who seemed to have a gentle heart. Here's his former band, Warrant with "Uncle Tom's Cabin," an oddly named but pretty cool tune.
I'll complain. That's a hell of a song and SO well written for a rock tune. that's the song i'll always remember them for, even if i can't capitalize my I's. They will be here in SWFLA in sept. with Winger and some others.
