While I realize this is a joke, these lyrics actually make sense. It's used in the same way that we might say, "I'm just following the radiator," because technically, your headlights are in front of you. It's talking about the headlights on your vehicle (which you are following because they are in front) and not someone else's.
His wife had breast cancer. This song was done so women would be reminded to be checked! It was a amazing cancer awareness song. I am a Stage 4 hodgkin's disease suevivor. Its a shame people stoop to such levels not knowing what it was about. Many women caught it early because of this very song! SMH!
