That ":icon" was originally a motivation poster for some company in the midwest and only those employees were supposed to see. Not sure how it "leaked" and the picture was modeled after a woman who never worked in a factory. Though there were plenty of women doing it at the just not the one pictured. So a big OOOPS! on all fronts.
