Thanks to some of my Twitter followers for sending in their submissions!

10. Research old country music to see who else is there to name-drop

- @thebenimal

09. Then see how many of those country legends' names can be crammed into one radio-friendly song

08. To rewrite his Wikipedia page to include that he's an outlaw that can kick anybody's ass because he listens to Johnny Cash. - @iankevans

07. Attempt to beat Matthew McConaughey for most times photographed shirtless in a year

06. Get a personalized Axe fragrance

05. Do a duet with Jason Aldean about how country we are and proud

- @AikoujOi

04. Make an album blending a modern edge with traditional and authentic outlaw country, eschewing clichés and putting forth his honest artistic statement, with making good music being the focus, not money. Ha ha, just kidding! More of the same shit!

03. Own more shirts with sleeves

- @alymae

02. Actually find a station playing Cash, Hank, Willie & Waylon

  3. Envy perhaps?? As a devoted fan of BG I am sick and tired of your constant bashing!! GROW THE FUCK UP!!!!!

  4. Why would anyone be envious of Brantley Gilbert? If you're gonna be envious of a country singer, why not be envious of an A lister like George Strait? So stupid to envy a douchebag like Gilbert when you could envy someone who has had success for over three decades.

  5. I love George Strait but I've seen Brantley in concert and he is amazing! Nothing fake about him. And no he hasn't been successful for decades, he's young and just starting his career

  7. As much as this article disgusts me. My comment will be made towards #2. There are for a fact radio stations that play Cash, Hank, Willie and Waylon. I don't know what the fuck kind of music you listen to, but it sure ain't country. Might wanna rethink what you write next time. Because a bunch of rednecks ain't gonna back down.

  8. I know for a fact that radio stations play Cash, Hank, Willie, and Waylon. Willie 94.1 in Glasgow, Ky is one of them. I have to agree with Glenn, Doc, and Megan. Brantley has came a long way to get to where he is today! If you dont like him, listen to someone else and quit bashing him every chance you get! Brantley's fans support him 110% and we will get ugly if we have to!

  9. I'll stop picking on him when he stops sucking.

    2. I don't give a single damn what someone with your "musical tastes" cares to call me. I can take it all day long. I just don't want that kind of language in the comments here. At least use a little creativity.

  10. Unlike many artists today, recording companies, fellow established artists, rich daddies, did not put BG on radio! BG nation put him where he is today. The almost cult following he had back home in the south, spread north. Sure Aldean cut a couple of HIS songs and went to the top, but 1. Aldean butchered them, 2. It took BGs songs to put Aldean back on top. That says alot for the music.

  11. my musical tastes?...god you are an idiot...my tastes range from Mozart to Gospel...dont even try and match brain pans with me...I will keep you up way past your bedtime...FYI, I have been in this industry for 39 yearsand most of my my musician friends are multi millionares..very successful..you have a right to your opinion and so do I...you expressed it about a very close friend of mine and i replied inturn..but when you didnt leave it alone...i said game on..just dont think we as fans will just laugh about it...we are loyal..sincere and dedicated and it aint gonna change..

    2. I just love inciting you people. Say what you will in the comments, as long as it's not personal or vulgar towards anyone. I'll say what I will on the blog, and you can bet my distaste for Brantley Gilbert and his ilk is not faded or intimidated one hair's breadth by your annoyance.

  12. I can say that I have seen Brantely 2times in concert 1 of those was him with broken ribs ....and both shows he got off te stage and walked around in the audience and then came after the shows and talked to every person in line until the very last person ...no matter how long it took ....he writes every song about things he has expierenced an his hand written songs .....so can someone PLEASE TELL ME how any of what I jus said about the man I believe is a symbol for how "famous" people should act make him a FAKE PERSON......I am sure he is the REALIST Mother f'er I know ......So the next time someone wants to bash him ....please do the research ..... Cuz I'm so sick and ored of hearing people bash him when they have NO CLUE WHO HE IS..... Get over yourselves ...you don't like him fine move on ....you don't see me bashing rap and making a big deal bout it jus cuz I don't like it ....
