Uhhh, this is so slow. OMG Alan Jackson is old. He's saying a bunch of sad stuff :( :(. This makes me miss my ex-boyfriend a little bit but not that much because it's soooooo country sounding! Why do they even play him anymore? He's like old enough to be my grandfather and that's just nasty to hear him talking about love!!! Probly if Hunter Hayes sang this, I would like it. He's so hot!!!!!!!!! And he doesn't sound like a red neck LOL! If I wanted to be depressed I would listen to OneRepublic! At least they aren't old!! "So you don't have to love me anymore" why would anybody say that?? If I still loved my old boyfriend, he so better love me too! We almost went to second base so he better still love me a little bit anyway even if he is with Lindsay Quineres now. That whore!!!!! IDK why I'm reviewing country songs anyway cuz Hunter Hayes is the only country music I like now. Taylor Swift is so 9 months ago. And Alan Jackson is so 19 years ago LOL!! MARRY ME HUNTER!!!!!!!!!!!!

This song only gets 1/2 out of 5 possible heart hands!

  4. You must like the new country. I know there is a place for it in this world and I won't put it down. I agree Alan Jackson's music is a lot different than most of the stuff played on the radio these days but he still is worthy of being heard. Alan Jackson has sold a lot of records and continues to sell records. It just makes me sad that you are making fun of a man who deserves more respect. A lot of acts have come and gone in his lifetime and he still goes on. He never puts them down , he encourages them and any of them who were lucky enough to be an opening act for him will tell you he is a hell of a nice guy. Every one of them respect him. Good luck to all the new acts , if their career hangs on as long as Alan Jackson's has they will be lucky .

  6. Here you go, transcribed them myself:

So You Don't Have to Love Me Anymore
    (Alan Jackson)

    I'll be the bad guy
    I'll take the black eye
When I walk out, you can slam the door
    I'll be the S.O.B.
If that's what you need from me
So you don't have to love me anymore

When you and our friends talk
    Make it all my fault
Tell 'em I'm rotten to the core
    I'll let it all slide
Get 'em all on your side
So you don't have to love me anymore

I will keep all those memories of the good times
Yeah, there were some good times
So when you think of you and me
They won't even cross your mind

    If the wine you're drinkin'
    Leads you to thinkin'
That you want what we had before
    Girl you can call me
I'll let it ring and ring
So you don't have to love me anymore

I will keep all those memories of the good times
Yeah there were some good times
So when you think of you and me
They won't even cross your mind

If you need me to make you cry
    I don't want to but I'll try
So you don't have to love me anymore

  9. Young lady, I suggest you take into consideration what other people may think of a song prior to rushing to personal judgement. Writing a song is at, very best, difficult, not to mention putting the correct chords with them. This is a brilliant song and I'm sure it has touched many hearts, I know it has mine.

  10. Hey Brit. you call your self a fan of music, maybe in your way of thinkin you are butit sounds to me like you are a fan of a particular type of music and not music in gen. Maybe you need to chage your reviews to cover the type of music do like and then your opinions will not reflect personal taste.
