He Told You Not To

  1. That's funny and ironic that the Nickelback of country music sang about not wanting rock music to be played on the jukebox, when he's done far worse things to country music. Alan Jackson did help further the influence of hard rock and hair metal within mainstream country music, but that's practically Waylon and Willie compared to the other stuff that this poser has done to country music. Besides making country music look dumb and ignorant and cementing the stereotype that its listeners are racist, inbred, Libertarian, trailer trash (see "It's Alright to Be a Redneck [the title tells you all you need to know], "I Still Like Bologna" [the typically shitty bro-country song, but at 4 and a half minutes long. 4 and a half minutes of torture that you'll never get back], "Jim and Jack and Hank" [AKA Achy Breaky 3], and especially that stupid 9/11-exploiting song where he couldn't tell the difference between Iraq and Iran), it was also Jackson (the Nickelback of country music) who invented bro-country and introduced (besides the aforementioned rock influences) the hip-hop, EDM, and Drake style R&B influences that have largely replaced traditional sounds within mainstream country today. And that's not all that Jackson has done to dilute country music with those obviously non-country sounds, as Jackson has also covered multiple hip-hop and R&B songs in concert, alongside an ABBA song for whatever reason, specifically:
    * Akon - Don't Matter
    * Wiz Khalifa - We Dem Boyz ( video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QFOtWpul3ZY )
    * Post Malone - Psycho
    * Soulja Boy - Turn My Swag On
    * Future - Mask Off
    * Flo Rida - Whistle
    * T.I. - Whatever You Like
    * Big Sean ft. Nicki Minaj - Dance (A$$)
    * Lil Wayne - Love Me
    * Drake - Make Me Proud
    * Offset - Ric Flair Drip
    * Waka Flocka Flame - Hard in da Paint
    * Shaquille O'Neal - (I Know I Got) Skillz
    * ABBA - Super Trouper
    * Fetty Wap - Jugg
    While Jackson may not want to hear rock music played on the jukebox, I have no doubt whatsoever that he'd be totally fine with hearing Wiz Khalifa or Soulja Boy (both of whom he covered in concert) being played on the jukebox. Hell, I'm sure he'd probably be rapping along, given how much he's groveled down to hip-hop and R&B. And the biggest irony of all is that if rock music was the sole non-country influence on country radio, rather than the hip-hop, EDM, and Drake style R&B that Alan Jackson introduced into country music, mainstream country would be light years better than it currently is. These bro-country artists dominating country radio like Luke Bryan, Florida Georgia Line, and Kane Brown, along with the fact that Bebe Rexha holds the record for the longest running number one song at 50 weeks while rapper Blanco Brown currently has the number one country song and EDM artists Marshmello and Diplo are both in the top 20 on the country charts, are all the apocalyptic aftermath of what Alan Jackson (the Nickelback of country music) did to this genre. The ghost of Hank Williams would slap him like how Moe slapped Curly in the Three Stooges.

    1. You're more dumb and ignorant than you claim AJ to be. Alan Jackson is nothing like bro-country. I don't think you're aware Alan Jackson sang the song Murder on Music Row which was about those "non-country sounds" you were talking about, or when he walked out on Beyonce's performance at the CMAs a couple years ago in 2016. Regardless, I can see your claims about Alan Jackson are false and utterly stupid. You must be deaf if you think Alan's fiddle and steel guitar driven music is anything close to bro-country or the "hip-hop, EDM, and Drake style R&B" you mentioned.

      Also, it was Florida Georgia Line, not Jackson, who covered Akon's Don't Matter and Wiz Khalifa's We Dem Boyz. You can see their Akon cover at https://youtu.be/X9PtJboX0CU and their Wiz Khalifa cover at https://youtu.be/XPVWu7PsTOg.

    2. Are you stupid or wha? Florida Georgia Line, like Luke Bryan, Kane Brown, Sam Hunt, Hunter Hayes, Cole Swindell, Bebe Rexha, and Blanco Brown, are but the apocalyptic aftermath of what Alan Jackson, the Nickelback of country music, did to country music. "Murder on Music Row", given how much Jackson has done to destroy country music, is just Jackson singing about his own crime. It's the country version of "I Killed Darnell Simmons" by Gun Rack from Key and Peele's sketch "Rap Album Confessions". And I couldn't give less of a shit Jackson "walking out" on Beyonce's performance at the CMA Awards. I'm sure Jackson just left to use the bathroom. Throughout Beyonce's performance, I'm sure Jackson was amused at seeing the apocalyptic aftermath of what he did to country music transpire to the point where R&B singer Beyonce is performing at a country music awards show.

      While some of Jackson's songs have steel and fiddle, it's just token instruments thrown in to deceive the listener into thinking that Jackson's hair metal, hip-hop, and Drake style R&B hybrid songs are actual country music. If you can't see that you're just as dumb as, and about as country as, another, much more famous Kylie. Calling Alan Jackson (the Nickelback of country music) bro-country is like calling Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune planets.

    3. Go tell a hair metal fan that Alan Jackson's music is hair metal and see what they have to say about it. They'll laugh in your stupid fface.

    4. Hair metal INFLUENCED doesn't mean it's actually hair metal, did you actually read the fucking post? There's also other influences like hip-hop (especially in his covers of rappers like Wiz Khalifa, Future, and Soulja Boy), Drake style R&B (seeing that Drake is one of the various artists covered by Jackson in concert), and EDM. Tell any self-respecting fan of real country music that Alan Jackson (the Nickelback of country music) is "traditional country" and your stupid face is the one that'll be laughed at, dumbass.
