I had a friend who was 'fired' from Turner's tour because Josh didn't approve of his video game choices or something along those lines.
My wife took me to task a bit over this one. She said it was funny but she appreciated what Josh was trying to do. I do too, to an extent, but it's just unrealistic to expect professional musicians to abide by such strict guidelines and silly to express it in the form of a list of rules. Lead by example not by decree, IMO. I'll be sleeping on the couch now. :)
