The Crud Report: January 2019

  1. CAUTION: THIS POST WILL BE REPOSTED IN THE CASE THAT IT IS DELETED

    This picture basically sums up Jackson's entire career of disgracing real country music ( https://pbs.twimg.com/media/DuaDkMWW0AAccGq.jpg )

    If Alan Jackson put Lil Dicky, 21 Savage, and Bryson Tiller on his tour, would it really be a surprise? That would be as surprising as finding out that fire is hot, or that water is wet, or that 1 + 1 = 2. Like Dwight Yoakam and Garth Brooks, Alan Jackson aka the Nickelback of country music is indeed responsible for killing country music as well as living up to stereotypes and thus making the genre and its fans look dumb and ignorant (like that stupid 9/11-exploiting song where he couldn't tell the difference between Iraq and Iran). But while Yoakam and Garth at least tried to sound country, and did manage to make some decent music here and there, this talentless soy boy has yet to release a single note of music that does not disgrace country music. And at least neither Dwight Yoakam or Garth Brooks ever grovelled down in a submissive position to hip-hop, Drake style R&B, and 80's hair metal in the way Jackson did, especially towards hip-hop, hence this discussion. After all, who was it that used rapper Polow da Don (the same rapper who produced songs for fellow rappers like Nicki Minaj, Nelly, Lil Wayne, Travis Scott, T.I., and yes, Bryson Tiller, among others) as his producer? And although he has yet to cover songs by either Lil Dicky, or Bryson Tiller, who was it that covered a rap song (Ric Flair Drip by Offset) that did feature 21 Savage, along with a boatload of other rap songs, specifically
    * Offset ft. 21 Savage - Ric Flair Drip
    * Akon - Don't Matter
    * Wiz Khalifa - We Dem Boyz (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QFOtWpul3ZY)
    * Tyga ft. Young Thug - Hookah
    * Soulja Boy - Turn My Swag On
    * Soulja Boy - I Got that Sauce
    * Future - Mask Off
    * Flo Rida - Whistle
    * T.I. - Whatever You Like
    * Big Sean ft. Nicki Minaj - Dance (A$$)
    * Lil Wayne ft. Drake and Future - Love Me
    * Drake - Passionfruit
    * Waka Flocka Flame - Hard in da Paint
    * Shaquille O'Neal - (I Know I Got) Skillz
    * Fetty Wap ft. Monty - Jugg
    And the stupid irony here is that Jackson calls his current tour "Honky Tonk Highway". Well, "White Boy Hip Hop Highway would be a far more appropriate title. Alan Jackson is what would happened if you mixed Luke Bryan and Sam Hunt with the Beastie Boys, and I definitely don't mean that in a good way. There is hardly anything country about Jackson or his music, considering the level that Jackson has disgraced and destroyed country music, to the point where country music is now seen as a laughing stock among many music listeners, while traditional country influences are being replaced by hip-hop, R&B, 80's hair metal, and other non-country influences, and pop star Bebe Rexha holds the record for the longest running number one country song at 50 weeks. All the apocalyptic aftermath of what Alan Jackson, the Nickelback of country music, did to this genre. Alan Jackson did to country music what Bush did to Iraq and Obama did to Libya. There is no room for his garbage music on my Sony Genezi MHC GX450.

    1. I knew you'd show up again. Are we not allowed to mention Alan Jackson by name on this site anymore because of you?! F*** you, f*** you, f*** you. If Alan Jackson of all people did any harm to country music, then Dwight Twilley is a racist. Why can't you face the damn truth for once?!

      -Sincerely, "Jman" Burnett
