 I'll leave the memorials and remembrances to better writers, but I'll miss Toby. I know we joked a lot about his bravado and drinking and putting boots in asses, but he was a hell of a songwriter with an iconic voice. His 90s output was so good, and even after he became a superstar, there were still many great songs amidst the chart fodder.
